Whisky firm under fire for Harrison Ford TV advert featuring kilt made by English firm

Scots kilt makers have criticised the decision to hand the contract to an English firm.



Scottish kilt makers are upset that Glenmorangie, a Scottish whisky brand, chose an English skateboarding company to make the kilt Harrison Ford wears in its new TV commercials. They argue that using a Scottish kilt maker would have been more appropriate for a brand with Scottish roots and would have benefited the Scottish kilt industry.
